Flame Retardant Stretch
Extensible film with a particular slightly orange colour, additive of a brominated flame retardant (BFR) substance without ethane decabromide (HBCD) content able to capture the radicals that would otherwise spread the flame.
There are two advantages of this material:/p>
• do not contribute to the fire load, slowing the flame propagation in the environment;
• preserving the wrapped good from fire, creating an oxygen-poor internal environment.
Fire Shield Stretch has oxygen limit index values (LOI) of 26.4 tested by CSI laboratories with certificate number 0611 DC REA 20. The use of Fire Shield Stretch, reducing the fire load also allows you to reduce the insurance costs of warehouses and logistics, as well as sea, air and road transport.
